Have been shopping at this store since they were located in Phillips Place. The staff sometimes give the impression they are indifferent and cold. They certainly know when to let customers privately enjoy the atmosphere and experience of looking in the shop and when to step in to offer assistance. Inventory is very good for a well appointed home for gracious living.
Probably the coldest experience I’ve had in a shop…..ever!!! The sales ladies hardly speak to you, only if forced to. I was picking up a special order and I was treated like a total inconvenience. No hello, thank you. Nothing. It was just an awful experience. Will not be returning to this store ever again.
Just moved to Charlotte and found a new favorite. I love the feel of the over all store. I asked questions about a few pieces of furniture and the lady helping me was able to answer all my questions and even took the time look at the photos of my new home to suggest other ideas. Great customer service! I’ll be back!
This is a modern day "Pretty Woman" experience. These arrogant women are working retail and treat the customers walking through the door with the ability to purchase like they're doing them a favor to even greet them! They are unbelievably rude. I have heard how terribly they treat their customers, and told to go elsewhere, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
