I called already and saw what I think is the head dude pull up but they are still at it... They use the excavator head to slam and pack dirt as well as break up concrete with the same trick, which has and can cause damage to homes nearby. It can also cause foundation instability, line damage, damage to the equipment and health issues to the workers... But nothing seems to be being done about it. This goes on starting about 7am.
