Omg it was so good!!!! The service was great and i love the atmosphere.

I eat here fairly often and have been to several locations. I usually have positive experiences and on the rare occasions when I have had an issue with the food, it has been resolved quickly and painlessly. I especially appreciate the option of the gluten-free buns, and the wide range of possible toppings for the build-your own burgers.
After waiting a few minutes to be seated. We sat down at a table and 15 minutes no server to take drinks or a order. Multiple waitress walked past without even making eye contact. Place was slightly busy so we waited another 5 still nothing. So we left and walked across to Applebee's. I really wanted to try the bison burger.

The service is great, and the food is even better.
First time visitors and confessed foodies.... My husbands burger was cooked as ordered, the toppings were amazingly fresh , now for my turkey burger on wheat... Where to begin, the charred flavor of the burger without being dry, the Forsyth finish ... Thick applewood smoked bacon, Carmelized onions in a balsamic reduction and tangy blue cheese ! Definitely a return visit is warranted!
We have been here on several occasions and the last three times our food has been subpar with the same to be said for their female manager. Most recently my family took me out for dinner for Veterans Day to show they're appreciation for my service and again subpar service and food, this time the manager argued that a burnt burger was the way it is suppose to be and the only other options was to have it served pink. My family will not be returning here. Customer service is not difficult. Good luck B&D.
