Exceedingly knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. Dealt with Ivan, who I believe was the owner. He was upfront about potentially not being able to fix the iPad I brought in and after his diagnostic, determined it would be cheaper to just purchase a new one. He worked with me to determine a fair price for the diagnostic. This guy knows his stuff. I definitely recommend this place and will revisit if I have any tech issues down the road.
