Exceedingly knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. I was unable to have my iPhone 13 pro back glass repaired here, but the owner talked me through the reason why ( it needs to be done with a very specialized laser, so very few repair shops do it.) and provided me with some budget, friendly alternatives, as well as personal experience for what he did when a member of his family’s iPhone broke, just to give me some alternative options to pursue that could be more cost-effective before going through the very, very, very expensive ... read more

Dealt with Ivan, who I believe was the owner. He was upfront about potentially not being able to fix the iPad I brought in and after his diagnostic, determined it would be cheaper to just purchase a new one. He worked with me to determine a fair price for the diagnostic. This guy knows his stuff. I definitely recommend this place and will revisit if I have any tech issues down the road.
