Your individual staff are great but computers and your contactibility is awful.I waited 6 hours to change my limits online and nothing.I went to the branch and was told it would take 48 hours to transfer$14000;go home and wait my 4 hours or phone up.Your contactibility is terrible and I was cut off twice after 20 and 25 minutes.So back down to the branch,40 seconds and all done after wasting the best part of a day.Sad to see a great BCU Credit Union slide so badly on service since joining some WA bank.Contactability is every... read more
