Easily the worst bank I have ever had. They closed their only branches near me in Northern California and when my debit card number was compromised, it took 5 months to get a replacement because there was a shortage. I had no other way to get cash or money out of my account. Each time I call the customer service they need specific information and I ask how to get to my member number (for example) and they say "I don't know I don't use our services". BCU is an amazing bank! The bankers at this location are very friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.
horrible service. The workers got an attitude, sadly not uncommon for Glendale, Pasadena or hills of Burbank. First one has attitude for me not going to the door with a mask even though I'm fully vaccinated and I didn't know that location still required it never being there before. Then they refuse to do business with a check from their credit union and from a person who has an account there & owes money from a settlement.
