My KIA experienced a problem where the rear parking brake was locked … a tow away job! Three KIA dealerships were unable to attend to my undriveable car for 3-4 weeks. I found BCS Workshop online, and was grateful I had. The tow truck dropped my car to them on Tuesday morning and I received a call that it was ready on Thursday. Amazing service as the spare part from KIA cost almost $3000. I later checked the price with KIA spares and they quoted the same price, so no ripoff there. Very rare today! Great work….. it took a bit to run and the last couple of runs with the new gear ++ were better ++ than I expected• Good with customers••• service••• and they are good with all of the things you needing at reasonably good price ALL in ALL A++ cheers BCS workshop••

We live 140km from Melbourne, and had a disabling security issue with our Mazda 2. Mazda service quoted in the region of $1400 to fix it. Our local mechanic couldn't solve the problem, and our local locksmith wouldn't look at it. We hired a trailer and took the Mazda to BCS who had it done within a couple of hours for $247.50. Joseph and the team were lovely to deal with and getting the car working again has been a huge relief. We highly recommend BCS Workshop!
Very happy with their mechanical servicing, however very disappointed with their inability to solve a battery drain issue after a couple of expensive attempts to solve.
