I recently got my timing chain done here on my Audi a5 and honestly they had a price I couldn’t say no to. They beat the next cheapest quote by 70%. Not only that they did it in a week. While other mechanics said 3-4 weeks. Linda the lady on the counter is very sweet and nice and always makes me feel welcome. I just came back today to get my new grill fitted and she charged me zero dollars for it since I did a big job with them not too long ago. I recently booked my car in here for a road worthy certificate. The whole team were super helpful and honest. They were forthcoming with the issue on my car and extremely accommodating as we resolved the issue. Linda was a left saver when it came to rechecking my car so that I could still make the VicRoads appointment I had booked. Would not hesitate to recommend and will certainly return. Great service and product. 5 stars from me!
Terrible experience. After the service, my car developed a strange noise, like a helicopter while driving. When I returned to ask for help, the staff were extremely rude. One even said “I don’t want to talk to you” and accused me of “not understanding anything,” which was a personal attack. I felt very offended and am extremely disappointed with both their service and unprofessional attitude.
