I recently got my timing chain done here on my Audi a5 and honestly they had a price I couldn’t say no to. They beat the next cheapest quote by 70%. Not only that they did it in a week. Terrible experience. After the service, my car developed a strange noise, like a helicopter while driving. When I returned to ask for help, the staff were extremely rude. One even said “I don’t want to talk to you” and accused me of “not understanding anything,” which was a personal attack. I felt very offended and am extremely disappointed with both their service and unprofessional attitude.
I had issues with my Renault Master’s brake, the brake booster was replaced with genuine parts and the difference is noticeable. The team was professional, explained everything clearly, and completed the job on time. Braking performance has improved a lot, very happy with the service.
