Very disappointing to do business with. I felt like when I expressed issues they simply implied it was my fault. I felt, as being the customer, that was unwarranted. I pay the bill, regardless of right or wrong. The customer service is absolutely horrendous. Perhaps they don't need customers in their business model, but I do. I certainly wouldn't allow my staff to treat any of our patrons so poorly. Also, It seems to be a rotating carousel of people and some seemed mega sharp and super helpful but they don't stay there. They might be nice when you are a new client and they're trying to sell you something, but good luck getting them to return your calls or come out for service once you are a client. I have called them 4 times in the past 4 months and they NEVER return a call, told me that they had already sent someone out (they hadn't) and told me they would send me a new part (never arrived). TERRIBLE SERVICE.
