They are hungry Money. They always tell costumes to do something and will cost you for extra hours labor.
Rude service tech and money hungry. I showed up was the only customer there as well as the only truck in the lot. I asked for a simple pointer or piece of advice about my truck and was told by a rude tech as he laughed while looking at my truck and said he'd need an hour of labor just to look at it. I said you do this every day and cant point me in the right direction or give me a idea of what it is. Could not be happier with the way our Jeep transformed! Thank you to the experts at BCS Tires and Lifts. We got the best service and hooked up with the top mud tires and lift!
Thank you BCS Tire Pros for following up on the failing leveling kit and reinstalling it! Truck is level and NO MORE LEAKS!
I’ve now gotten 2 vehicles lifted with wheel and tire packages and would have to say these guys are definitely knowledgeable! Great customer service every time!!

I got a lift put on my jeep (4”) and not only did they put a lift on the Jeep that I didn’t order, fun thing about it is that the lift they put on was $600 more. The entire experience has been terrible. I planned on spending over 10K on my jeep through them with rims, tires, and a lift. After this experience I will not be doing any business what so ever with them! Also they kept my stock lift on “accident” and had to “find” it to return it to me. Too many bad vibes.
