Submitting this review because we can’t say enough good things about BCS Overhead Door for our BCS community. The Technician that was assigned to us was Technician Eric he has an Excellent work ethic, listening skills , arriving on time and explained everything to us. BCS Overhead Door exceeded my expectations with their fast and reliable service. My garage door spring broke late at night when I was closing it, and I was worried I would have to wait until the next morning to even start calling a company. Thankfully, I found BCS Overhead Door and saw they were open 24-hours. When I called, the owner answered right away. Excellent customer service, great skills and quality work, fair and transparent prices, and timely response. My garage door was off track and would not close. Matthew and his team fixed it. Matthew is a person of integrity with a great work ethic. I will always to use them for all my garage repair needs and recommend them highly.
