Hell no! Hope that clarifies everything. If not: They don't respond, they don't pick up calls, they won't care if residents need something fixed, changed, etc., they have no qualms taking money in advance, but will absolutely 100% ghost you after the money has been paid.
I just love my apartment, and the owner and staff are great , Whenever I had a service issue they were on top of it. I totally recommend this company to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live and friendly professional staff. The price of my apartment was also amazing I really got the space and amenities for the perfect price I wouldn’t dream of renting from anyone else the experience has been awesome.
I rented an apartment in a 4-plex from BCS Heritage for 5 years. Sometimes maintenance was quick and sometimes it was a little slow, but it always got done. I enjoyed living in my apartment - it was the perfect place while I worked on my PhD. Sharon and Trent were always understanding and kind - thanks y’all!
