Suzanne the lady that handles forms and payments is a horrible person. She speaks to you like trash. I don't like this place because of her.

Horrific office staff. Incompetent with dealing with insurance claims. Back in Feb 2020 they began calling for copay but there was a relief under federal exemption over covid relief act and yet they still sent me bills for copay that i was not to be billed for and now I just received notifications over telehealth being covered under another relief program and they still are requesting payments they have already received.
