I have used Dean & BCS Contracting Services his new company for several roofing projects. Dean did my whole roof 6 years ago. I used him this time for my wood fascia on my patio that ties into my roof. His guys worked like surgeons replacing my sun damaged & rotted wood. Original review from 3 years ago: Dealing with BCS is a waste of time. I recommend steering clear of BCS and finding a reliable roofing contractor. I initially hired BCS to repair a roof leak, and there were no problems with their work. Recently, I asked BCS for a proposal to replace my roof tiles, and Dean timely followed-up with a proposal. Could not be happier with the work Done by Dean and his team. Very painless process, my fascia was coming apart on my patio and starting to warp in other areas around my home. Called up 3 roofers and got the run around from the other two trying to upsell me on a full reroof. Dean however, pointed to the problem areas and identified where the work was needed. We are very happy with the work Dean and his crew did on our house. We needed to replace the 20+ year old underlayment on our pitched clay tile roof and replace our flat garage roof due to leaks. We also needed stucco repair on some of the exterior walls, and we also wanted the house exterior painted. After getting 5 estimates Dean and BCS were the clear winners.
