Samantha and the team were able to locate the part that was needed for our repair and delivered to us in a day compared to competitors that were going to take several days or were not able to provide an ETA. Our compressor went out on saturday. BCS Air came out and tried to get our unit going. But Monday rolled around when the manufacture was open and got the parts we needed and got our AC back going. Even though we were down 2 days, BCS Air got us up going going quick. Thanks again Jorge, Coulter and the rest of the team. Yall did a hell of a job and we will DEFINITLY recommend yall to others in the future!
