The tenants in my rental property were complaining mid-summer about their bedrooms being hot, so I read a bunch of reviews and chose BCS Air Solutions to come save the day. They sent a guy out, and he called me with his diagnosis. He proposed to install a fancy thermostat with sensors in each upstairs room. I let him completely finish. Then I said that the last time I was there, I noticed cold air flowing downstairs when only the upstairs thermostat was on. It's quite possible they will ruin your experience with other HVAC service companies in this area. They gave me a quote, I had a ten minute phone conversation where Coulter answered all of my questions in a way I could understand. They showed up, did the work, and there's no evidence they were here other than a new and working AC. Perfect!
