Don't go there! Agreed! I had a very bad experience also. Satan and Hitler treat their staff even worse. Make a detailed written report of damages in the apartment that are already there, and video your apartment before you move-in. Use attorney's from a different area. It's a shame that all the Leasing Companies can take students to the bank or ruin their lives with judgement after judgement.

This was the worst experience living in an apartment that I have ever had. Do not rent from this place the property managers Hannah and Monica are shady and the apartments are run down. No one their does their job and you will end up spending hundreds of dollars in the long run. DONT RENT FROM THEM!!!

B.C.R. - B.C.don't live here! – I rented from B.C.R. for a year, and it was a very bad experience. They were in the apartment at least once a week, without notice. The apartment itself was rundown and there was always something broke or messed up. The worst part was at the end of the year when they were constantly bringing groups of people in the apartment to show it off. Then they charged way too much for cleaning and other stuff when I moved out. Do not rent from them, you will regret it
