Do not rent from BCR. I live in one of their Blacksburg apartments for two years and money always comes before tenants for them. They will charge you $40 for a window screen and provide as little parking as they can get away with. Basic repairs you will be charged for and the on site laundry facilities function poorly at best. They are unprofessional and inconsiderate with the exception of their handy man who unfortunately does not have any authority over repair charges and prices. My advice: seek other landlords
