Great friendly staff rooms clean food at restaurant wasawesome
Rooms were small but we were ground level and could park our car right in front of our room. It was dog friendly and staff were very nice. Out side of the rooms some rough looking folks smoking dope, (stinky outside but not in out rooms), but it was really nice and quiet at night. Although we travel with dogs we do expect a decent room, flooring really needed changing, maybe rug not appropriate and very basic furnishings that had been there a very long time. Cigarette burns on tub. Toilet moved alot when using it. Someone came into my room at 1130 pm while i was sleeping and scared the crap out of me. Exterior is very distressed. Evening staff was nice. Late shift staff was ignorant when i asked how someone was able to come into my room. Will never stay there again.
Comfortable beds, good breakfast, and friendly staff
Rented the pool And hot tub for a pool party for children. Was very disappointed to find the hot tub was not working was not told the hot tub was not working at either the booking appointment or when the pool was paid for at the front desk nothing was mentioned. Went to talk to staff in this regard the front staff was initially helpful, but then a general manager came from the back who was a lady and started yelling at me that it was on the website that the hot tub was not working.
