Booked our stay on the rating on expedia, probably wont do that again. Bed and pillows were horrible, but room was clean. 🤷 Our biggest grief was the fact the hot tub wasn't working. Front staff claimed that it went down the day before, and they had contacted expedia to notify travellers. I received no updates for our trip. Looking back through the reviews, this isn't the first time. It seems as though they advertise a hot tub, but according to the reviews, its been down since November. Booked a room for a family member and had requested wheelchair accessibility. Got to the property, checked in and paid (receptionist was very nice). When getting to the room, the doors are not standard size and are much smaller- with no allowance for a wheelchair to fit through for either inside or outside access. When bringing this up to the front desk, we were advised that their only handicap accessible room was having plumbing issues and there was nothing else available.
