Awesome motel
Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are in decent shape and clean. Toilet must be designed for hobbits or children. Pillows are so excessively large and overstuffed they are entirely unusable for sleeping. 0 stars for pillows. At least provide one that doesn't break a human neck.
Fantastic service, clean rooms , and joy was fantastic! Will stay again!
Booked here weeks ahead through my work. Drove 5 hours to get there and when I arrived first the hotel can't find my reservation then they said they must have cancelled my reservation. I show them the confirmation but they say they already gave away all the rooms. At this point no vacancy in all Fort McMurray. Options are to sleep in my car or drive home. Later I find out this hotel chain is notorious for these issues.
