Our wood floors were 23 years old. The damp dogs had worn all the finish off. The wood was discolored, and I didn't think there was going to be anything they could do to make it look nice again. I was amazed when they finished the first coat! The floors looked like new! Mike did a wonderful job. We are so pleased! Mike was great to work with. I will recommend BCM Flooring to everyone!

I recently had hardwood floors installed by BCM. The floors turned out beautifully, but there were some bumps along the way. 1. I was asked to prep the floors for them. Meaning remove the carpet, carpet tacks and linoleum. 2. They installed the floors, but initially they didn't seal the floors. There was some sort of miscommunication about whether I wanted them sealed or not although I never said I didn't want them sealed. 3. Initially they didn't install baseboards.
