My install has not been done yet for my gutters but I can leave a review for the process leading up to that for now. I called BCI who quickly got back with me on getting a quote for gutters. They did not need to come and see the home to do this as they just pulled it up online which was very convenient. Within minutes Mark had provided a quote that included all discounts that I was allowed. His price was much better than another contractor who had came out and spent 30-40 minutes measuring. They were very responsive in their communication, very quick in getting someone out to our home, very quick and thorough with getting the job done, and everybody I have been in contact with has been friendly and courteous; even the roofer who came to do the job! I was a little taken aback when I saw the total for the invoice, but I guess that’s to be expected with the rising costs of building materials nowadays. Overall, though, I was very pleased with my experience!
Great experiance with Mark and team. Very helpful, professional, dedicated and customer focused! We had a smaller rush job that BCI was able to get done for us and give us peace of mind! Professional team who exceeded expectations! Punctual, courteous, efficient in their work; handled challenging situation with bees present in soffit areas. Worked with us to relocate bees and complete roof repair. Highly recommend!!
