If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with BCI Properties was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. First, they canceled a critical work order regarding an unsafe, makeshift cinderblock railing on an elevated deck behind my unit. It was not anchored down in anyway shape or form, and I stressed that my youngest fell into the makeshift railing and multiple blocks fell off of the side of the deck. Choosing this property management firm was one of the best decisions I've made regarding my rental property. They are dependable, trustworthy, and consistently act in my best interest. I appreciate their transparent accounting and their commitment to finding quality tenants. Knowing they are managing my property gives me complete peace of mind, even though I live out of state. They handle everything efficiently and keep me informed without overwhelming me with unnecessary details. A truly reliable and solid company.
As a first-time landlord, I was somewhat nervous about the whole process, but they guided me through every step with patience and clarity. Patrick handled all the tenant screening and Naomi managed our lease agreements. They truly go above and beyond, and I feel fortunate to have found them.
I own properties in Puyallup and Tacoma and I moved from self managing to hiring a property manager as I didn't want to stay up to date with the ongoing law changes. BCI Properties was referred to me by my realtor and I have worked with them for 5+ years now. So far there are no issues to report. Patrick and Naomi have been great to communicate with and my tenants really enjoy interacting with James.
