BCI properties is the worst renting company ever!! So unprofessional!!! We sent multiple requests aboutRATS in my unit and in the yard. Always marked as “completed” without doing anything!!! Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable to have rats in my unit !! I have 2 kids one of them a 5 month old baby! The kitchen is where we air dry her bottles!!! The washer and dryer have been broken for 5 months and they never made a real attempt at fixing it. The place gets filled with BLACK MOLD !!!! The property manager at 1122 Neil Str... read more
Absolutely horrible company to deal with! I 100% agree with the other reviewers, I would give them a negative star review if I could. They lied to my renter, and they lied to me, the property owner in order to benefit themselves. Do not hire them!! Here's my reponse to these lying clowns comment below- BCI absolutely dealt with and lied to me! I fired them. They managed my daughter's, Crystal Spink's property, which I inherited. They know exactly who I am. They're just lying again and proving my point.
They should not get even one star. They were my previous management. I never met them even prior to moving in every thing was by text or email. I lived in their management property for almost 5 years and went through hell just trying to get them to repair anything. I'd put a repair requests in which would go unanswered then I see the the request was completed in the app. But they never actually came.
