We have been consistent customers of BCI Mechanical for the past 6 years. Have used them for all of our HVAC and plumbing needs. Apparently a few months ago they changed their pricing. Today we are having a toliet repaired and the lowest cost option is $235! We have this done with two other toliets last year and the cost was less than half! We will no longer use BCI Mechanical.

I recently called BCI for my main sewer line to my home to be snaked out. I have tree roots in the main line and it was stopped the line up. I called BCI at 7:40 one Friday morning and they promptly said they'd be there mid-morning. To me, mid-morning is 9-10:00. I had an appointment at noon across town from my house (1 hr drive). We hired BCI to replace 3 very old a/c & heater systems in our home recently. They were awesome! They showed up when they said they would - gave us a written estimate that detailed what was included (at a good price), and helped show us a couple of rebates that were available that helped out a lot - We also had 3 other Denton area companies come out for estimates - Two never showed back up after the initial appointment & never sent us an estimate (I even called to see why but they never returned anything) and the third was s... read more
Mom We just used BCI to replace 3 A/c & heating systems for our home. They were awesome! Their price was good, they were punctual, friendly and just all around a great job done! We have used them before for repairs & I've never had any negative experiences with them. They even helped us with rebates (city & manufacturer) that none of the other 3 companies told us about when they came out for estimates. If you are looking for an honest, dependable company that will do what they say - call BCI!
Avoid calling these people for any type of service whatsoever. They inflate their hours and try to suck as much money out of you as possible. They are OVERPRICED , DONT SHOW UP ON TIME, AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST IN ALL OF DENTON. ALOT of people in Denton avoid them and PLEASE DONT make the same mistakes as alot of other people here in the area have already done. The person who organizes appointments and service (KEVIN) , is a Jerk and is couldn t careless about your concerns or issues
Complete Idiots We were referred to this company by the manufacturer of our A/C unit and they came out, said they fixed the problem, charged us $165 and left. 2 hours later the system quit working again. we called them to come back and they acted like we were putting them out. the guy came and looked at it and told us we needed a new compressor and it would take 4 days to get it.
