Units not up to clean living conditions, very dirty, unprofessional staff. Poor commitment to customer service. Possible contaminated areas, mold and bacteria. Will have to make a formal complaint to the Maryland department of health. Poor initiatives to maintain healthy living conditions.
DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. The only reason they have one star is because I couldn't give them zero. I stayed at one of their apartments for two months, and had the worst experience. I needed an apartment quickly, so I looked over the fact that there was bugs crawling around on the floor and that water occasionally leaked through the ceiling.
