I was adopted through BCH. Upon meeting my biological family I learned that they desperately tried to get me back in the days following my birth, and were repeatedly lied to and told I had already been adopted (I wasn’t adopted for 15 months). Shortly after entering adulthood I contacted BCH and asked for my file.
