Did not find the Macpac item we were looking for but the shop was nice.
I decided to refill my gas bottle at this BCF store after having done it without any issues at another BCF location just two weeks earlier. When I arrived with the bottle in hand, a staff member told me—rather bluntly—that she couldn’t refill it because the valve wasn’t compatible with their connector. I politely asked if she could lend me a wrench to remove it, and she said they didn’t have one, even though a basic adjustable wrench would have done the job.
