Thanks Glenn from BCF Osbourne Park. I’ve ordered a pair of trekking pods and realised one of the cap was missing after I brought it home. Glenn was really helpful to organise an exchange without any hassle.
I went into the store and asked for help, but no one came to show me anything or assist me. The staff seemed more interested in sitting behind the computer than helping customers. Very disappointed — if you don’t want to help customers in the store, what’s the point of having staff on the floor? Won’t be coming back.
