I want to preface this review by saying that Lee is an AMAZING staff member and deserves a pay rise immediately, however the 2 stars is for the new system BCF has implemented for the line spoiling. For what I thought would’ve taken me 5 minutes to get in and get out, took closer to half an hour to figure out a new system that didn’t need fixing
We bought some rod holders which were very well priced and a professional and nice lady put the purchase through. It was a nice shopping experience, thank you! Will come back again. I came back again to buy a granny trolley for grocery shopping. The staff were very helpful finding one for me. I was moved by their generosity. The lady who rung me up showed me how to fold it up. Thank you for serving the community and take care.
Thanks Michael! Our car battery went flat so we bought a jump starter pack which didnt have enough juice out of the box to start the car. Michael very kindly offered to jump starter our car with his jumper leads, using his own car. Saved the day.
