Friendly staff and competitive prices
Best company to work with and professional people
Just been there and waiting a while. Asked for help and got ignored. Was looking a bit like a self inflating mattress and a RV5 tent. Not enough staff or whatever. Very disappointed. It used to be a good store with plenty of service. And not like it was busy either. Few people were speaking loudly in the back. Not sure what that was about. But no help so I left the Oztent behind and walked out.
Double level store. Upstairs access by steps. Not friendly steps for older people. Camping goods upstairs. Will be attending another store more friendly to aged abd disabled people. Staff are nice as a positive.
Came in to return a solar panel and get some technical advice. One gentleman (not sure of the name) went above and beyond to support me and my partner through the process. He seemed to know everything and really boiled it all down so that we could understand. I guess he was a more senior member of staff, because when I asked the guy at the counter he asked this guy to come over. Anyway. Whoever you are, thanks man.
