My son bought a rod there. It snapped on the first use manufacturing fault. The older fella I spoke too was awesome and easy to deal with. He replaced the rod as there was one on stock. Happy days. Been in loads of times and always found the older blokes have excellent customer service
Absolutely appalling customer service. I’ve given this location a try multiple times and the staff are consistently rude and difficult. Recommend giving them a miss.
Shame they wouldn’t allow an elderly lady to use the loo. Suggested cross the dangerous road to find way into DFO. Lost some serious business
