This is by far the worst shop I have visited in Sydney. It almost feels as though the staff are trained to be rude. On multiple occasions, I’ve had interactions with different staff members, and each time I’ve been made to feel like customers are an inconvenience rather than valued patrons. The way they respond and speak to people comes across as dismissive and unfriendly, creating a very unpleasant experience. I wouldn’t recommend this shop based on the customer service alone.

Good gear and all but John a worker there hung up on me as I was asking for something to be put on the side and hangs up on me and says thanks for wasting my time when I change the phone number

I called through and spoke to a lady at the counter and sincerely expressed the urgency of a click & collect I placed and required. She not only reassured me the order should be available shortly but also advised that upon arrival, she would be able to assist me, which I found very kind of her. She is definitely an asset to this store & has exceeded expectation of great Customer Service!

I went to BCF Bankstown today to pick up a couple of things for the long weekend. The staff were friendly and helpful. In particular I’ve got a gas bottle filled and the guy couldn’t have been any better to deal with. Thanks very much. Will definitely be back to this BCF store.
