Purchased a new rod from BCF mornington which I had snapped that same day. Went back not expecting much given it could have been my own doing, however the staff were extremely helpful and understanding. Left with a new rod and the broken rod with a new end guide for a fraction of the cost. Most places I would have expected to be told too bad and that would be the end of it. Very happy with the effort the staff put in to help.

I went in with a list of around 20 or so items (all fishing related) and I had no idea how or where to start (I’ve never fished in my life, they were for a birthday gift). Joe from bcf Mornington was so so lovely and helpful and went through the entire list with me and helped me find every single item, he even had to go looking through stock that hadn’t been unpacked yet. He honestly saved me hours of searching and was so happy to help. Another very pleasant experience at bcf as always! :)
Parking can be a nightmare and it's hard to find staff to help, but they hold a good range and great deals
