I called up BCF Mornington today to get some hiking equipment and spoke with Dylan after he confirmed the items I requested where in stock I went to pick them up. The whole process with Dylan was amazing, he was a great bloke, very knowledgeable about his stuff as well.
Purchased a new rod from BCF mornington which I had snapped that same day. Went back not expecting much given it could have been my own doing, however the staff were extremely helpful and understanding. Left with a new rod and the broken rod with a new end guide for a fraction of the cost. Most places I would have expected to be told too bad and that would be the end of it. Very happy with the effort the staff put in to help.
