Scott and Chez were super helpful. Scott went to the trouble and spent a solid amount of time helping me work out how a few digital gift vouchers could be accessed on my phone. He waited while I phoned the mob who issue the gift vouchers and was patient and understanding the whole time. Absolute legend and such great service, thanks so much guys!
