I would like to thank BCD for the outstanding support for my father in law & family during his time in palliative care at home. Kylie was such a caring & understanding person during the process, she went above & beyond in delivering outstanding service in such an emotional & distressing time. It’s a caring and dedicated environment focused on making a real difference.
My father with dementia lives in Goulburn and BCD accepted to provide services through his Support at Home. The team leader Kylie was so slow to reply and follow up so this delayed his transition and services commencing. The nurse that came out to do clinical assessment was lovely -Kim. We were notified of the visit and she was very professional and friendly.
