I am working with bcd over 3 years. I have always get support when I needed. I am becoming more professional and independent becouse of bcd's support. I love to working with them. Never had bad experiences.
Atrocious, incompetent administration, poor communication, outrageously long, impractical cancellation policy and routine extreme overcharging. Find somebody else.
Twin boys get service from BCD! The past few weeks careers have been inconsistent and unreliable. One whole week of no services but specifically this one week was organised months in advance to ensure twins had transport too and from primary school due to work commitments. This has caused major disruption within their routines and now behaviour issues. Better care is just not what use provide.
I helped my father move to this provider after receiving extremely dissatisfactory care from the last. I'm so happy I did, he receives the care that he desperately needs, the carers have become like family and he is generally so much happier than he has been in a really long time. They've helped me understand so much about support during a really hard time. Just couldn't ask for more .
