Horrible experience, my car was hit by another driver who left as soon as the accident took place, leaving without a car,I went to the tow yard to pick up my possessions and they made it worse by not letting me in to get my belongings, we had the police report in hand as well as a valid ID to prove the car was mine,they then insisted on having more paperwork to validate going in as the paperwork never changes once in the system, they should be banned for conducting such por business as well as going through the vehicle witho... read more

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with was in the phone with a lady named Bailey and she hung up in my face I am in customer service and was very nice to her but was met with such rudeness I would give this place a 0 getting your car towed is enough trauma then to have to deal with such negative people is even worse all I need is to get in truck to grab the old registration as I don’t memorize all my info to take it to get renewed and they won’t do that I think it’s a money hungry grab to make the car stay longer ... read more
These guys released my car without my consent, rummaged and stole anything of value from my console, and haven’t picked up the phone anytime I’ve called to get answers. This is wild how they’re just gonna get away with it too
