They are very unfriendly, they take forever to get anything done and they refuse to give you any information that is needed before arrival. Their facility is run down, they don’t answer their phones and they ignore your questions.
Got my car towed early this morning. Came to pick it up and was greeted by very professional receptionist “Sam” she was wonderful help and made the process easy for getting my car back.
Customers are required to wait outside at a service window with no office or shaded seating, even in 113° heat, and service is extremely slow. The hours listed online (6pm) do not match the hours posted on site (6:30pm). Upon pickup, my vehicle was parked so close between two other cars that I could not open the side doors and had to access it through the rear hatch. I was charged $867 for just 14 days. I would not recommend this business.

Nobody ever answers the phone. You have to call 10+ times or another day because apparently nobody can answer the calls.
