Worst customer service ever lied about being the car out multiple times and waited 2 hours and counting for them to bring it out and it was there for 11 days I got charged 12 days makes no sense!..
Do not trust this company. They cause damage to your vehicle and won’t own up to it or try to fix it. Terrible customer service!
On 7/28/25 am, I came to pick up my property inside Western Union towing and they told me, at first 15 minutes to get all my property inside my car and by the time we got to my car and they told me, all I have is 8 minutes left, so me and my wife, rushed to get our property inside the car and we felt like a dog rushing to get Our property and was more than a wheel barrow that you have outside the gate. My point is, if you rushed your client to pickup property then you guys need to help but not rushing your client like a dog.... read more
