I would not recommend BC Auto to anyone ! I bought a canopy for $1999,00 and they charged & $195 for delivery . I came in 3 boxes . I opened them up as soon as they arrived . The two sides of the canopy were bent and kinked . I had Gold Coast towbars there at the same time so I had a witness that they were damaged when they arrived . I emailed BC Auto with photos and let them know . After several unnecessary emails back and forth with more photos they finally agreed to send two more sides. Bought a toneau cover for my LDV. It's come off rails and rubbed my paintwork back to bate metal. So upset noone will touch it to.fix . Simply tell to buy a new one.
No customer service whatsoever and cheaply made products that break. Roof racks broke after a week. I chucked them in the bin after no response and put it down to "poor man pays twice". Look at the way they respond to customer's reviews. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!
Bought a bicycle rack for my BMW M5 from BC Auto—extremely happy with the installation and service! Now I can easily carry more gear and enjoy quality time outdoors with my family. Highly recommended!
