Service as always knowledgeable agents and very little waiting time
Do not buy travel insurance from BCAA. My family had been purchasing travel insurance with the company for years without any issues until now... because we never needed to contact them nor submit a claim. This time, we were abroad with a very sick infant and following the advice of the BCAA agent who sold us the insurance, we tried contacting the insurance prior/on the way to taking the child to a healthcare facility. My experience with this location has been the worst. I’ve had nothing but issues with them, constant mistakes on my policy and get told completely different things between different advisors. Just came in to transfer my insurance to a new vehicle and ended up canceling both my policy and BCAA Membership. I hate when organizations such as these behave like they are government.
