The recepcionists in the front are rude and unprofessional. At least they seem to have a good time laughing and chitchatting. A manager who can set some standards and accountability for the front of the house should be put in place. I'm sorry for the doctors in the back.
The medical staff in the back are great. They are very thorough and listen to concerns. They are really patient with the kids and teach and explain things to them. The receptionists in the front are hit or miss. Every time we go in, they need ALL of our info and the kids info as if we've never been there before. The problem hasn't been fixed in a year and a half and a dozen visits. More annoying is the receptionists with black hair, her attitude is starting to be a problem. I've seen a lot of bad reviews re: this clinic especially with how some dont get same Dr every appointment. Therefore, I was nervous as first to see one of the Drs at this clinic but actually I was told by the staff that I can actually choose a Dr and make an appointment with the same Dr. I chose NP CarMicheal for my new born. She actually listen to all your concerns and make a follow up if needed be.If you are anxious mums like me, NP CarMicheal is for you and your little babies. Theresa Ryan is an excellent NP she has been seeing my babies since they were born! She takes the time, explains, and is genuinely concerned over the kiddos wellbeing. Will forever be my kids PCP!
