Absolutely a joke! Unable to repair a 2.5ton Nutone hp. Nitone is basic and junk to begin with. Misdiagnosed originally and due to “home owner warranty restrictions took over two weeks to order a part. After installation of part, but first cancelling the follow up appointment, the unit has not worked in over a month! Have requested another contractor and will ultimately get rid of the warranty and don’t he work myself going forward.

AC has been out since 4th of July. My warranty comp scheduled today between 11-3. We call the office today to confirm and was told we would get a call back from Franklin. He called at 3:30 saying he wasn’t coming because he called to confirm and left a message on Sunday night on my husbands phone. How when the voicemail box is full so he is unable to receive messages and he never called The secondary number. He then hung up on me. Terrible customer service! I would never recommend the company or Franklin😡😡😡
