We did a $70,000 renovation of our newly purchased house with Bc5. The renovation was a complete re-do of the entire interior of the house (flooring, baseboards, paint, kitchen, bathrooms,), as well as some major structural changes. They removed a load bearing wall to open up the kitchen to the main family room, which included architectural and engineering plans. I would recommend you call them now for any work you need done! They were a pleasure to work with. Mark and Amir were very helpful and patient dealing with the bank. You see we had a renovation loan when we bought our first home. It was quite the stressful situation. But they were great! Going above and beyond our every expectation!! Or home is officially a home thanks to their timely and professional work! I would call them again and again for any work that may come up in the future!!

Amir and Better Contractor provide the complete renovation of our Miami Penthouse. Amir paid incredible attention to every minor detail from start to finis. We bought a Penthouse that had a traditional look to it, and wanted to create a modern, contemporary breathtaking feel. Amirs' ideas and guidance gave us our dream penthouse. Completely remodeled entire condo with the exception of master bath shower and guest bathtub. This included a new kitchen, new flooring, walls, closets, doors, etc. Amir provided professional service, was on time with project and within budget. He was willing to work with the problems encountered and found solutions. He also returned phone calls and was very involved with his men on the job. I highly recommend his work.

Amir and his crew did a great job on renovating my house. They did work on flooring ( wood upstairs and marble down stairs ). Also painted the whole house, installed base boards, light fixtures, mirrors etc. very easy to work with. I would recommend Amir for the renovation work anytime.
