My wife’s thyroid issue during her 14-week pregnancy with twins, and our doctor told us to go here “immediately” for assessment. However the nurse here was very dismissive and told us our issue was “not on the same level” as their usual emergencies. We came to the maternity unit tonight, and I truly want to say thank you to the entire team. The staff were incredibly kind, respectful, and professional. They treated us with warmth and genuine care, which made a stressful situation much easier for us. We really appreciated their friendly attitude and the way they took the time to help and reassure us. Thank you so much for your excellent care.
Great experience with all the fetal monitoring staff (over the course of almost 3 weeks), the L&D team when baby came, and the pediatric team after birth. They worked so well together with my midwives and doula. Particular shout out to the immediate PP nurse, Jenna, what a lovely person and fantastic nurse. I've never felt so cared for and seen in a medical setting before.
wonderful staff from A to Z they are doing their job like they owe you! Which I haven’t seen from another place yet. Very loyal knowledgeable and quite respectful. Our baby born by helping amazing staff from enter to exit the hospital. Room service and everything was prefect. We are happy for the service with Wonderful doctors and nurses. Thank you So much for being such an amazing team.
