The Menopause Clinic at BC Women’s Hospital has some of the worst reception and administrative service I have ever encountered. The front desk staff were shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in professionalism. I called regarding concerns about my medication. Instead of receiving help, I was treated as though I was an inconvenience and was ultimately hung up on. I recently had a hysteroscopy and endometrial biopsy at BC Women's Hospital, performed by Dr. Jennifer Oakes. I cannot thank Dr. Oakes and her entire team enough for the outstanding care I received. I was extremely stressed and anxious before the procedure, but everyone was so kind, calm, compassionate, and reassuring.
