Do not bring ur vehicle here there is no communication amongs workers they do faulty work and make excuses how its not there fault had 3 vehicles worked on and all thee had faulty work done save time and money go somewhere else there quotes are never right as well
After two months of being brushed off and strung along I finally got my car back and was willing to let bygones be bygones, but after only 2 weeks my car is having issues again and I finally understand how this company has managed to stay in business. NEVER buy a part through BC auto, the warranty will ensure you HAVE to take your car back to them when they flub the install as they have with my transmission. Truly an awful company with terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs
I had my 2017 Hyundai Tucson limited edition towed here about a year ago for a new engine. They were very nice and talked to me on the phone very politely and answered all of my many questions and explained everything to me. They kept me updated and had my engine put in super quickly after it arrived at their shop.
