After two months of being brushed off and strung along I finally got my car back and was willing to let bygones be bygones, but after only 2 weeks my car is having issues again and I finally understand how this company has managed to stay in business. NEVER buy a part through BC auto, the warranty will ensure you HAVE to take your car back to them when they flub the install as they have with my transmission. Truly an awful company with terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs
I had my 2017 Hyundai Tucson limited edition towed here about a year ago for a new engine. They were very nice and talked to me on the phone very politely and answered all of my many questions and explained everything to me. They kept me updated and had my engine put in super quickly after it arrived at their shop. Don’t go here. They are incompetent and don’t care about customer service
M mom's car was in absolute need of repairs. She took it to Huberger first for diagnostics. Results came back. So, pricey! Took it to the dealership she got the car from in hopes it might be cheaper. Less pricey but one of the problems Huberger said the car had wasn't noticed by their mechanic. So, now we had conflicting reports. So, we contactd BC's.
