I can’t say enough good things about Brandon and the team at BC Auto. I brought in my F250 because the air conditioning wasn’t working and I also suspected a fuel leak. Brandon quickly diagnosed both issues and had everything fixed up perfectly. The A/C is blowing ice cold now. I took my car to BC Auto Repair for a head gasket replacement. It was in their shop for over six months, and the repair was not done correctly. When I got my car back, I was told the engine now needed to be replaced, and the shop refused to provide a reasonable warranty for their work. This is a small glimpse of what I encountered. Just moved here from AZ. I was calling around talking to different shops. When I called BC'S and talked to Brandon he was very helpful so I gave them a shot. MY JEEP HAS NEVER RAN BETTER! Thank you guys! I highly recommend!
I have been going to this shop for years getting my vehicles worked on. If I have had to wait for any length of time it's because the parts are not available, but as soon as they are the job is finished. I don't and won't have anyone else work on my vehicle. I travel a lot of miles for my job so my vehicle has to be in top running condition. The employees are friendly and Brandon has an excellent crew. I greatly appreciate them all.
****This has truly been the worst experience ive ever had with a automechanic shop****My 2012 Range Rover was towed to BC Auto 12/31/2024 for a head gasket repair that took well over six months to complete and when I got my car back the repair was still not complete. BC Auto then told me that they need to replace my engine with no warranty on there part for anything. However they did state I would have a warranty from the Junk Yard .
