Staff is super friendly and helpful. Move in was super easy, everything can be done online. Facility is very clean and easy to maneuver.
I notified them of vacating my unit and still being charged 2 months later. I again notified a 2nd time and now they are threatening legal action and demanding payment for a unit that was vacated to months ago and paid in full at that time. Bad management and I’d go elsewhere. On top of that, the new inside units are infested with mice. There are several other local option with better management.
