Easy application and move-in process. Reliable technology and polite humans.
Had to move my 88-year-old mother-in-law out her apartment as she is in Rehab and won't be able to return to her apartment. needed a clean, secure and large enough unit near her apartment to enable move with many trips. B and C storage had two facilities in Dewitt nearby and the one on Manlius Center Road had a 10 x 10 unit available. I rented online and also purchased insurance. Mo e in went smoothly. There was a prompt response from the staff on a weeknight and I was processed and moved in immediately.

BC Storage has been great. The move in process was quick and painless, they had my storage unit ready to go the same day I signed up for it. I also moved from a larger unit to a smaller one and they made this process extremely easy as well. The facilities are secure and clean. I could not be happier with my experience.
