I’ve had an awesome experience with BC storage! I needed a storage unit on a Sunday and could not reach anyone UNTIL I tried BC. Despite their office hours being closed , Kelley quickly returned my call and within the hour had everything set up for me - including a padlock and key for my unit at no extra charge ! She was welcoming , professional , kind , thorough, and most of all, actually cared about helping me get a unit asap.
