I had to update my review of what was once a shiny Five Star review. We recently had our roof observed by gentleman with RRO/RSE status who recommended another patch job on 20 year old roof. “The installation does not meet industry standards.” May cause water ingress?” It’s leaking all over. They were so helpful with our strata council, from start to finish; overseeing the roofing companies and arranging for tenders, collating them so council could easily compare companies, and offering their knowledgeable advice when choosing a roofing company. Then they oversaw roofing replacement from start to finish, monitoring the roofers and making sure what needed to be corrected was corrected. Very responsive to emails and questions, very professional. Well worth the extra percentage to your roof replacement budget.
We had a great experience using BCRI for roof inspections. Sharleen responded quickly and professionally throughout the entire process (quoting, scheduling, arranging various details, etc.). The inspectors were on time and professional. The report was ready about 7 business days after the inspections and consisted of 11 pages of photos and observations, as well as a list of recommended actions. Thanks BCRI!
