We had such a bad experience at Ian Yu clinic. The surgery went well, but the customer service at the clinic is terrible. Always waiting more than 1 hour even thought we had appointment. I tried going in the morning, in the afternoon... always the same delay. Lack of respect for the patients and super unprofessional. I believe the association should look into this, as being a doctor is not just the surgery, but how do they attend their clients
