To say the service I received from BC Performance was outstanding would still somehow be an understatement. From the first contact with Elise by phone and the constant updates from Elise thereafter was exceptional. The pick up and drop off from Steve and the work carried out by Chris exceeded every expectation, not to mention the price and the time frame in which the work was carried out. Definitely the best customer service experience I've ever received.
Couldn't be happier with the service, the price and the work they did. 5 stars. Had my Z900RS in today for a 2 year service, also had some other work done. She's purring! Great work team. See you next year!
Just taken my GSX-R 1000 for a long ride after the team at BC Performance did a flash tune on it. Prior to this, it was an uncomfortable, unsafe and jerky ride, I actually put it on the market. Today, it has emerged the GSX-R I have come to expect.... smooth, responsive, safe and fast. Thanks so much to Kelvin and his team.... Good friendly service and helpful
Highly recommend BC Performance. Very friendly staff and they care about their customers. Kelvin picked up my z900 from home after hours, lent me a bike few days later because of missing the delivery date due to some unavoidable situation, which i totally understand as i work in the similar trade. Done ECU flash, air filter and a couple of tyres. Really happy with everything they done. Thanks to Steven who delivered my bike back to my work. Super nice guy. Thanks to whole team. Good work.
