Truck had a parasitic drain and they fixed the issue within a reasonable time at a reasonable cost. Could really ask for more.

Terrible service. Very unprofessional. Don't trust the new management. And don't apply for a job here.
I've taken my car to be worked on at B.C. Performance several times now. The staff has always been friendly and the work has been done quickly and correctly each time. I've been most impressed with the level of communication with the current shop manager Skip. Nothing bad to say about the shop so far and I will continue to go back until that changes.
I couldn't get my car to start and the owner saw the hood up and took the time to walk across the street to see if he could help. He ended up replacing my battery and didn't even charge for the time he spent in the heat making certain that's what it was! Very professional and if I need anything done to my car that will be the first person I go to.
